During each hands-on class, you will put into practice daily lifestyle actions that will move you toward health, weight loss, and well-being. This class has a three-prong approach: Behavioral, nutrition, and nitness. $25 includes an eight-week program, open to students, faculty, staff and affiliates of the University of Montana.
