WellCheck screening consists of one comprehensive screening package -- including a chemistry screen, complete blood count, blood pressure check and other biometric screenings -- per insurance year, (July 1 through June 30.)

Eligibility includes employees, spouses and children 18 years and older who are on active employee Montana University System (MUS) health insurance plans. Children under 18 years of age are not eligible. Retirees, spouses and dependent children 18 years and older on the UM Retiree self-funded health insurance plan also are eligible. Retirees and spouses on New West Medicare (MAPP) are not eligible.
